Marouf Babelli

Co-founder

Co-founded and shipped ReachMore — a live B2B outreach product with paying users across 9 industries on 4 channels, ten-minute activation. Runs Namaa's build sessions on Claude Code and Cursor.

Ghaith Ulaiyan

Co-founder

Co-founded ReachMore. Leads delivery and customer activation, and built the internal agent stack the company runs on — the same one we install for Operate clients.

The team

Two founders plus an agent fleet.

The team beyond the founders is small and growing. We'll add faces and roles here as people join — for now, the agent fleet does the rest of the work.

Registered as Namaa Al Mostaqbal Information Technology L.L.C. Office in Inspiro Business Center, Port Saeed, Dubai. We work in person and we ship from there.

What we believe

Five operating commitments.

  1. We use what we sell. The methodology was lived before it was written.

  2. Specifics rank. We publish numbers, name tools, name competitors.

  3. Bilingual is structural, not cosmetic. Arabic ships with English from day one.

  4. Forty-eight hours from call to written scope. The promise sets the operating system.

  5. We refuse work we can't ship. The bench is small on purpose.
